I beat Sorrow's Furnace many times before, and I just beat it again to hatch my Black Moa Chick. :X

Perhaps you aren't using the character you beat it on to unlock it?
I assume that you mean you can't put it in your HoM.
You need to put the statues in your HoM before you see it in your HoM calculator.

Did you actually go to the Hom and put the statue up?

Also, try closing gw and re-logging back on. HoM Calculator should then be updated.

Make sure the HoM statue has been added, take a screenie as evidence then we'll check your monuments on the hom site to see some evidence, then we can see if something odd is going on.
PS re-logging on updates the HoMs ite

did you get the reward for completing it? Just killing the forgeman isnt enough: See Dwarven Prospector in Grenth's Footprint for your reward.

Ohhh. I never did the Help Galen Trask and Help Kilroy Stonekin quests. Is that why? I just did Sorrow's Furnace itself...

You can't get all the way into Sorrow's Furnace without doing those quests. Are you sure you've never done them before?

^ Mhm. I just did one on my Ele who has never done Sorrow's Furnace before and just got run there (I did the Zaishen quest).

You get credit for the Furnace only after doing all the quests + The Forge Heart.

You can skip the prerequisites to The Forge Heart by zoning in Grenth's Footprint together with someone already enabled to play the quest and obtain it yourself, but completing the final quest alone is not enough to get the statue in the HoM.

Its actually possible to get a run off someone who is doing the final stage of sorrows and face the iron forgeman - but players who have not followed the quest chain will not be credited for it.This is what a lot of players do when hes the zbounty - they get a run so to speak , its been on wiki for ages.
So to get full sorrows credit you Need to do all the quests + beat iron forgeman + speak to npc to get full credit.
